About the Job
Job Summary: This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision and is responsible for placing client orders into production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule orders into production.
- Monitor program schedules.
- Assist Project Managers and Shop Supervisors with producing quality products based on customer specifications.
- Communicate with clients to complete tasks.
- Prepare all documents to place orders into production.
- Make corrections to documents based on client specifications.
- Confirm site conditions will accommodate products provided by Eye Designs.
- Handle day to day administrative tasks in the department.
- Assist Service Manager with overflow or when out of the office.
- Assist with getting prepared contracts out to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Highs School Diploma/GED; Associates degree preferred.
- Three (3) years or more of production experience preferably in millwork, kitchen/bath for a mid to large size company.
- hree (3) or more years of AutoCAD experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
- General administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple task with conflicting deadlines.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and an individual contributor.
